CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance may be changed at no charge. * Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s). * The cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients.
